FOUNDER OF BENNETT'S POWERWASH
I'm Bennett, owner and operator of Bennett's Powerwash. I'm a Coventry native, and I built this business from the ground up, one house at a time.
I'm a URI grad who decided to bet on myself and stay local, serving the towns and neighborhoods I grew up around. When I'm not on a job you'll probably find me out on a run in Narragansett, on a mountain skiing, training at the gym, or hanging out with family and friends. But whatever I'm doing, I bring the same energy to every property I touch: attention to detail, respect for your home, and a work ethic that's getting harder to find.
For me, this isn't just about spraying down a house and moving on. It's about doing right by every customer and taking pride in a job well done — because in a state this small, your reputation is everything, and word travels fast.
How It Started
I've always liked working with my hands. Growing up I was happiest outside, whether I was detailing cars or just finding a reason to be out and moving. Over the years I tried a little bit of everything — restaurants, retail, you name it — and I learned fast that nothing beat being my own boss and building something of my own. That was the most satisfying work I'd ever done.
Then one day I was walking through my neighborhood and noticed all the algae and mold built up on the driveways and houses around me — and an idea just sparked. I saw a chance to do this work the right way: matching the right method to the right surface, from a gentle soft wash to a full pressure wash, so every property gets truly clean without the damage. So I built it.
Since then, I've grown to love both the craft and the business behind it, and I keep betting on myself to build something that lasts. But nothing beats the smiles on my customers' faces when they see their home looking brand new again. These days it feels like you have to fight tooth and nail just to find quality work and someone who'll actually answer the phone — so that's exactly what I set out to be: someone who shows up on time, does the job right, and is there for his customers.
