What To Expect
Before any cleaning solution is applied, we first check that the gutters are flowing properly. Larger pieces of moss or debris are gently loosened with a soft-bristle brush before the roof cleaning solution is applied to kill the remaining organic growth.
As the treatment works, moss and lichen may turn white, which indicates that the growth has died. During the spring and summer, we recommend leaving the dead growth unrinsed to help protect surrounding landscaping. Over the following month or two, it becomes brittle and naturally washes away with rainfall.
